Readiness Rules
1. Product detailsName and description are populated. Quality must still be manually reviewed.
2. ImagesImage URL must exist and supplier product image_review_status must be APPROVED.
3. Retail priceRetail price must be positive and match a recorded approved price request.
4. CategoryA category must be populated. Category appropriateness still requires manual verification.
5. Stock informationA stock status must exist; inventory availability must still be confirmed.
6. PublicationAll records stay DRAFT; “Ready for Review” is a checklist result only, never a publishing authorization.
